3) Right of withdrawal
3.1 Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.

3.3 Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision. Accordingly, a right of revocation is also excluded in the case of contracts for the sale of tickets for scheduled leisure events.
